With over 25 years of experience, I provide compassionate and personalized support for adults, teens, couples, and families. I believe in the power of a good therapeutic conversation—one rooted in empathy, trust, and genuine connection.

My approach is unique as I combine both counseling and coaching, offering space for reflection while also focusing on tangible strategies and “concepts that will apply to day to day life”.

Fee’s

  • Many insurance companies cover counselling from a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) and fee’s can be submitted to be reimbursed. Invoices with my professional designation are always provided for each session. I do not direct bill at this time.

  • I accept email money transfers and credit cards. Payment required day of session.

  • No shows will be charged 50% of the original fee

Free 15 min Consultation

Starting counselling can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to have questions. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a sense of my approach and decide whether phone counselling feels comfortable for you. This brief, no-pressure conversation is simply a chance to connect, ask questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit — with no obligation to commit.

60 Min Phone Session $160

This 60-minute one-on-one session offers a supportive space to explore challenges, set goals, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to your needs and include both reflection and practical strategies for growth. Teens 13+ are welcome. Couples may also choose a 60-minute session if preferred. 90 Min Family/Couple Session $210

These longer sessions give couples or families space for meaningful, guided conversations in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Whether you're working on communication, rebuilding trust, or navigating transitions, we focus on shared goals and clear steps toward stronger connection. The extended time allows for deeper exploration and ensures everyone feels heard. Please see the FAQ for more details.
