Do I have to commit to a long-term plan?
Not at all. This is an as-needed service guided entirely by you. Some clients find that a single session provides the clarity they need, while others return periodically for a "tune-up." There is no expectation to rebook; you decide when another session would be helpful.

Is phone counselling as effective as in-person?
For over 10 years, I have seen clients make incredible progress over the phone. Many find it easier to be honest and focused when they are in their own comfortable environment without the pressure of a clinical office setting.

What if I’m nervous about my first call?
It’s completely normal to feel hesitant. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a low-pressure way to connect, ask questions, and see if my style feels right for you before you ever book a full session.
