Grief

We all experience grief

Grief Counselling & Coaching

Grief is deeply personal, and no two people experience it the same way. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a family member, a friend, or a pet, I offer compassionate, practical support to help you navigate what can feel overwhelming. The familiar “stages of grief” often don’t reflect real life—your experience is valid even if it doesn’t follow a predictable pattern.

In our work together, we explore how you define grief, what it means to you, and how your beliefs about grief influence your healing. Talking through these definitions can bring clarity, comfort, and hope, both in the early days of loss and as time passes.

Pet Grief

The grief of losing a pet is real and significant. Pets are family members, deeply intertwined with our routines, emotions, and daily environment. Their absence touches every part of the day—even the small background sounds we grow accustomed to. I provide a supportive space to honour this bond and process the depth of this unique type of grief.
