Counseling Meets Coaching

With over 25 years of experience, I provide compassionate and personalized support for adults, teens, couples, and families. I believe in the power of a good therapeutic conversation—one rooted in empathy, trust, and genuine connection.

My approach is unique as I combine both counseling and coaching, offering space for reflection while also focusing on tangible strategies and “concepts that will apply to day to day life”.

A Strength-Based Approach

I work from a strength-based perspective, highlighting each person’s abilities, values, and resilience. Our conversations balance supportive reflection with structured, goal-focused dialogue—helping clients move beyond simply coping toward truly flourishing.

Tangible Goals and Lasting Change

A key part of my work is having practical, results-oriented conversations about goals. Together we define what success looks like for you, set measurable steps, and explore how daily habits and routines can support those goals. Whether it’s learning to express emotions, improving communication, or rebuilding trust, progress is grounded in real-life change that lasts.

Moving Toward Growth

By drawing on your strengths and connecting insight to action, I support transformation that is both meaningful and sustainable. My goal is to help you define what flourishing would look like for you day to day and how to maintain habits to support positive growth.
